Photo Of The Day — Passing By A Peacock

This one was quick and dirty. I wasn’t on a wild-life photography spree but still I was lucky enough to apply breaks and shoot this one from within my car. And I had to wait and wait to get this shot which seems the best of the set.

By the way here’s a bonus – the better half. Have a nice day!

Incredibly beautiful. I think it’s a shame that peacocks don’t walk around like that all the time. I think someone said they only spread their feathers when they’re trying to attract a mate or something. Sounds a lot like us ladies!

Peacocks are one of the most beautiful animal. Their feathers are mixed with different type of colors. If you’ll take pictures from them you don’t need to edit nor photoshop. The beauty will just come out naturally. Great shots.

Wow! Great pictures! It’s difficult to take a great picture of a peacock with their feathers open. The fact that you shot it within your car makes it more awesome.

I’ve tried to take pictures of peacocks but I only got at least 1 decent picture with the feathers open. I find it really frustrating to wait for the feathers to open. Kudos for a job well done.

good job! Really difficult to capture an open feather peacock. Because it would close immediately. You got the good timing.
